Electronics firm Hanel One-member Company sold more than 3.9 million
shares, or 20.4 per cent of the total 19.13 million shares offered in
its initial public offering yesterday.
Viettel Corporation has retained its top position in the Vietnamese
telecommunications market in 2013, according to the Ministry of
Information and Communications.
